Integrative Massage

  • Our bodies experience imbalance holistically; physically, mentally, and emotionally. These disharmonies then manifest as the health challenges that many of us struggle with. The practice of integrated massage addresses the body system as a whole. This form of massage treats not just the pain that has your attention in the present moment, but also (and most importantly) it delves into the heart of the matter to address the cause of pain.

Leah utilizes her extensive professional experience and knowledge of a range of modalities to treat your specific needs and benefit the body holistically. Her areas of expertise include: lomi lomi inspired Swedish massage, muscle-specific deep tissue massage, myofascial release, acupressure, shiatsu, reflexology, and reiki.

"Every cell in our body is a sound resonator. Every cell lives in a dynamic rhythmic pattern. Each organ has its own cycle and its own pulse. Each and every system has a cycle, rhythm, pattern and pulse that exist in resonant harmony and sympathy to the cycles of of the earth and the heavens. These body systems respond to sound vibration, as do our spiritual, mental and emotional states of consciousness."

Sound Therapy

  • This service utilizes entrainment and resonance to affect the body at a cellular level. The human body, being made up of approximately 70% water, is a natural resonator for sound vibration. Sound Therapy uses specific vibratory energy created through precision-calibrated tuning forks. Tuning forks are applied to specific acupuncture points to access the meridian and chakra energy systems. They can also be applied to specific muscles to effect areas of stagnation, congestion, inflammation or injury.

In addition to planetary tuning forks, Leah utilizes tools such as Tibetan singing bowls and crystal tuning forks.

    • Stress relief and relaxation

    • Anti-inflammatory

    • Break up areas of stagnation and congestion

    • Alignment and tuning of the energetic system

    • Access a meditative state where deep healing can occur

  • Utilizing sound enhances every single session as it affects the body on a cellular level. It is great for addressing specific imbalances from anxiety, depression, and uneasy sleep; to sore muscles and physical ailments.

  • Upgrade to CBD lotion on your next service and experience an even deeper level of healing. CBD is known for its anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antispasmodic properties. During your massage, CBD lotion will enhance your circulation and cellular regeneration while it helps to relieve pain and soreness and ease arthritis, joint pain, insomnia, and skin conditions. CBD is also prized for its mood-boosting benefits and ability to balance and heal the endocannabinoid system.

  • Is your body feeling stiff, achy, and sore? Or, are you recovering from an injury? Don’t miss out on the benefits of arnica! Leah’s topical is wild harvested and handcrafted into an oil and salve right here in Dolores. During your massage, the use of arnica will aid wound healing, relieve pain from bruising, sprains, muscle and joint stiffness and reduce swelling and inflammation.

  • Polychromatic light therapy utilizes infrared, red, and blue spectrum light waves to target sites of injury and chronic pain. These special wavelengths of light dilate blood vessels at areas of injury, which proves powerful support to the body's natural healing process. Sound Therapy With Steven

  • Relax and receive the vibrations and resonance from the music of the spheres. To ensure that each session is tailored to your needs, Steven begins with a personal dialogue to tune it to your state of being. Then, he’ll briefly teach you how this type of sonic therapy can help restore balance to the nervous system, boost immunity, create better mental health, and enhance our resilience.

After the initial intake, you’ll be guided into the sonic experience as Steven plays the Gong. Once the first vibrations hit your ears, the undulations will never fully stop until the end of the session. This ceaseless experience will allow you to reap the benefits of immersive sonic healing.

Please note: These sonic healing sessions are meant to be transformational. As such, they will move a lot of energy through and around the body, creating the potential for a lot of movement. The mind can be very fluid after your session, and finding words may be difficult at first. For an easier transition back to daily life, we recommend leaving time for rest and relaxation after the session.

  • Gong therapy is therapeutic for those struggling with stress, brain fog, long covid, addiction, mental health concerns, chronic pain, and much more.

  • Steven is a Sonic Therapist who discovered the profoundly transformational benefits of Gong healing after suffering a number of Traumatic Brain Injuries. After healing himself with this modality, he’s excited to offer Gong sessions to others.
